Arcona Reel Band Stage Layout

The following is a description of the minimum sound requirements for the entire band. As shown in the diagram above, we need 8 vocal microphones (shown as V), 1 instrument mic (shown as I), 3 direct inputs (shown as DI), and 2 XLR microphone inputs (shown as MI) for special microphones. The following list describes the minimum need for booms (6 total). We need a minimum of 5 monitors (shown as Mon): 3 across front, 2 along the backrow sides.
  1. Bob - Guitar, banjo. Vocal on boom.
  2. Claudia - Fiddle. Vocal on boom.
  3. Alanna - Hammered dulcimer and concertina. Vocal on boom.
  4. Brian - Bodhran (hand drum). Vocal on boom.
  5. Donna - Vocal.
  6. Phil - Vocal.
  7. Sparkie - Upright bass. Vocal on boom.
  8. Blaise - Guitar, octave mandolin. Vocal on boom.
